Strawberry Cassata Cakes
Now available to pre-order! Because of their finicky nature and the high demand we are making them on Saturdays only for June and July: June 7, 14, 21, 28 and July 3 (special Thursday for Independence Day parties), July 12, 19, and 26. Please use the link below to choose your dates. Pick ups are SATURDAYS 11am to 5pm. We are making 20 cakes a week and will have any extras not claimed by pre-order available for walk-in clients.

Menu
Everything is gluten free, vegan, and baked fresh to order, minimum 48 hours notice recommended but we sometimes book up earlier. Get orders in early to avoid disappointment.

CAKES
6" ($50) and 8" ($65) and cupcakes (6/$22).
Vanilla Celebration Cake
Vanilla almond cake base with a light vanilla buttercream frosting. Simply finished with naturally colored rainbow sprinkles. The quintessential birthday cake (but we like to eat it anytime ;)
Chocolate Celebration Cake
A not too sweet chocolate cake base filled with chocolate ganache and finished with chocolate frosting. Finished with ganache drizzle.
Speciality CAKES
These special cakes have a little extra flair and change with the season. 6" ($55) and 8" ($70) and cupcakes (6/$24).
Lemon Blueberry
Available until the end of June. A Philomena classic! Blueberry cake layered with lemon curd and lemon frosting. To be replaced by a Chocolate Cherry cake (available beginning July 3rd).

Seriously delicious and a nice option for those looking for a simpler cookie.

A staff favorite. A chocolate cake cookie with a hint of warmth from cayenne and other spices.
Oatmeal chocolate chunk
Gluten free oat flour and two types of chocolate chunks.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside.

Blueberries and flax are baked into a light banana muffin.
Strawberry Almond Muffins
Roasted strawberries and crushed almonds and a little bit of sassy streusel.
Triple Berry Scones
Juicy raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, lemon zest, and topped with a slice of candied lemon.
Fig Maple Pecan Scones
Jammy figs with maple caramel pecans.
Savory Lemon Herb Scones
Garlic, chives, basil, parsley and their friends.
BAGELS
Fresh on FRIDAYS only - orders due in no later than 9am on Thursday. Six for $18.
